Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstone’s Wedding

Screen Shot 2013-10-22 at 2.39.49 PMThe first-ever American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson, tied the knot over the weekend in a rustic, romantic fall wedding. The lucky guy was fiancé Brandon Blackstock, who is the son of Clarkson’s manager, Narvel Blackstock, who also happens to be married to the legendary Reba McEntire.

It’s comes as no surprise that the country girl tied the knot with Blackstock at Blackberry Farms in Tennessee, though some had speculated that the wedding would be over-the-top. Instead, the two enjoyed an intimate ceremony and reception in what has got to be one of the country’s most picturesque locations.

Clarkson herself tweeted to fans on Monday afternoon, letting them know that she was “officially Mrs. Blackstock.” Now it’s back to work for the two—the singer’s on a tight schedule, as is Blackstock, who is a talent manager.

According to Clarkson, she didn’t realized Blackstock was her manager’s son the first time she met him (while working with Rascal Flatts), but she immediately fell for him. And, it seems, he is just as in love with her.

The beautiful bride looked stunning in a long-sleeved lace gown, cut with a plunging neckline and complete with lace cuffs. Her long blonde locks were done up loosely, with a beautiful silver headband accent. And with sunflowers and purple veronica flowers in her bouquet, she couldn’t have beamed brighter.
