Calling it a “wedding in the woods,” Amber Tamblyn and David Cross recently married in a cute little wedding in the middle of, you guessed it, the woods. It looks like a beautiful location.
The bride wore a lovely cheery yellow sleeveless wedding dress and bare feet as she arrived to the ceremony in a rowboat with her father, Russ Tamblyn. The pictures of the two of them are truly adorable, and I love Russ’s grey suit with bare feet.
Amber Tamblyn is perhaps best known as starring in The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants and House M.D., while David Cross is a comedian and actor in Arrested Development.
The two of them have been dating for four years now and despite a bit of an age difference they really seem like a great couple, with just enough humor and quirkiness to make their relationship interesting.
In front of about 100 guests the two of them exchanged vows in the woods, accompanied by guests like Amy Poehler, Blake Lively, America Ferrara, and Jason Ritter. Most of the wedding was documented by Questlove, who also deejayed during the reception.
The cake was a cheesecake with a pair of foxes intertwined as a topper, both clutching a candy heart with the initials D and A atop it.
All in all, it looks like a beautiful wedding and a lot of fun.
