Vogue Best Wedding Dresses

I don’t know about you, but I love looking at wedding dresses.  They feed the fairy princess that I’ve buried oh so deeply inside of my childhood.  And you know who takes the best wedding dress photos?  Fashion photographers.  Take  a look at some of these pictures from Vogue’s recent book: Vogue Weddings: Brides, Dresses, Designers

Some of the pictures from the book are classic historical ones.  Check out this awesome picture of Grace Kelly.  Doesn’t she look so serene?  And take a look at the lace work on her gown.

Or this one from John F. Kennedy Jr.’s wedding.  They just look so happy together!

But there are a lot of great modern pictures as well.  I personally love this shot of Coca Rocha:

The pretty picture of Kate Middleton on her way to the wedding:

And this jaw-dropping shot of Plum Sykes:

Even better, Vogue right now is having a contest where you can win a copy of the book!  Check out the details:

“Follow Vogue magazine on Pinterest and you could win your own copy of the book. To enter, create a board called “My Vogue Wedding” on which you must pin at least the cover of the book and one Vogue Weddings image from the slideshow above. When you’ve finished making your board, tag it #MyVogueWedding and send a link to voguesweepstakes@vogue.com. Five lucky winners will be selected at random to receive a copy of the book.”

So if you also want a chance to enjoy this beautiful book check out their pinterest board and make your own!  And while you’re there, take a look at Lauren Santo Domingo’s Pinterest boards.  Lauren Santo Domingo is an editor at Vogue, and it’s the picture of her wedding to Andres Santo Domingo that graces the front cover of the book.  And her pins are awesome: Lauren Santo Domingo’s Pinterest boards.
